Our services include:

Built to suit development – to build specific building, on selected land, to long term lease “Built-to-Suit”.

Built to own development – to build specific building, on selected land to own it “Built-to-Own”.

Fit-outs/refurbishment/rebuild/expansions – any type of construction adjustments within existing facilities (owned or leased).

We provide

Location search – we dispose extensive database of available land sites, we provide detailed land search based on set criteria.

Permitting – we arrange all necessary permits on pre-zoned land plots, to ensure desired building can be built (all goes hand in hand together with land acquisition process).

Design – we work closely with a client to agree detailed building specification, including possible “non standard” features. We prepare detailed warehouse/production floor plan, office/sanitary space design all in line with required technical, fire and hygienic norms. We put together detailed construction schedule.

Construction – we use high quality general contractors, with proven reliable history, to ensure quality construction, to meet the budget and safety standards. We control whole construction process through our own project management.

Occupancy permit – we guarantee building occupancy permit.

Financing – we work with several private local real estate funds or financing institutions to ensure sufficient construction financing or final exit of the project.

Property management – we provide full range of property management services, including facility management, energy consumption control all depending on particular client need

Workers Accommodation and Service Areas – we develop service and accommodation facilities for workers, suppliers (trucking services)
