MAREK MÜLLER
has over 13 years of experience within industrial real estate market in the Czech Republic.
Over 9 years he acted as Development and Leasing Director for Prologis. During his career he was involved in many leasing transactions (total volume over 900,000 m2), built to suits transactions (total volume over 180,000 m2) land purchase and disposition (over 60 ha) and investment transaction with total volume over 230,000 m2 (purchase of Rudna Logistics Park and dispositions Prologis Park Ostrava).
Among the main clients he successfully negotiated with are: Mall.cz, HP Tronic, ALZA, Cerva, L’Oreal, Rossmann, DHL, Geis, ESA – Hitachi Transport Group, Nagel, PST Ostrava, Borgers or Safe Demo Autoplast.
JAKUB NOVÁK
has over 14 years of experience, managing different projects, most of them within industrial real estate sector. Projects included full project management, cost management or investor technical supervisory.
Among the biggest projects he managed were following – built to suit project for Globus (over 60,000 m2 in 2012), Makro/Metro (over 50,000 m2) Mall.cz (over 50,000 m2 in 2014) or HP Tronic (over 30,000 m2 in 2017).
Jakub has experience with implementation either standard logistics operation(Globus) or more sophisticated logistics for e-commerce (Mall.cz, HP Tronic) or specialized automotive production for SAFE DEMO. Jakub runs his own company Unitrex (project management and construction company). Big Box Solutions and Unitrex are exclusive partners for selected projects.
JAN PETR
has over 12 years experience on industrial real estate market.
He gained his experience with Prologis and P3, where he was responsible for managing portfolio of over 600,000 m2 (several logistics parks within Czech Republic).
Among his main responsibilities was preparations of budgets and financial reporting, cost effective operations and expense control,maintaining tenant relations, arranging and managing insurance, and negotiating various agreements with contractors, suppliers, vendors and other third parties.
